Bec Beale (BN, BHSc (Nat), ANTA)

Hi I’m Bec. After 16 years of nursing, combined with my own health challenges, I became disillusioned by a reactive approach to illness and disease, so I retrained as a Naturopath to learn a proactive approach to health and wellness.

This awakening has inspired a special interest in supporting others to rise up from their own health challenges, especially gut health and autoimmune support, and renew their vitality and wellbeing.

My strong interest in sustainability and permaculture provides an additional tool in my wellness toolkit. Utilising this holistic approach, I look forward to assisting you reach your health goals.

Stephanie Winmill (B HSc(Naturopathy), Diploma Beauty Therapy, NHAA)

Steph is a qualified naturopath and mum of two who loves helping people better understand their health and feel more like themselves again. Her approach is warm, down-to-earth and supportive, and she believes healthcare should feel collaborative rather than overwhelming.

She has a special interest in women’s health, hormones, gut and metabolic health, and particularly enjoys supporting women with concerns such as endometriosis, menstrual and hormonal changes, perimenopause, digestive issues, bloating, constipation, fatigue, stress and metabolic changes. She also enjoys working with children and families and supporting their health through different stages of life.

Steph loves digging a little deeper to understand why someone may be feeling the way they do, looking at the whole picture rather than individual symptoms in isolation. She uses nutrition, herbal and nutritional medicine, pathology and functional testing where appropriate, with a focus on creating personalised and practical treatment plans that fit into everyday life.

Most importantly, Steph wants her clients to feel heard, comfortable and supported throughout their health journey.

Olivia Twaddle

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Naturopathy and currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy. My journey into natural health began with my own personal challenges — when I experienced the incredible results of addressing my health naturally, I knew I had to understand how and why it worked.

With a background in agriculture and intensive farming, I bring a unique perspective to naturopathy. This experience has deepened my understanding of lifestyle challenges, the impact of environment on health, and the true nutritional value of what we put into our mouths.Driven by a deep desire for longevity, vitality, and balance, I’ve dedicated my life to continuous learning and helping others do the same.

What I love most about naturopathy is its diversity — it allows me to support clients across many aspects of health, from gut and digestive wellbeing to emotional balance, symptom relief, and uncovering the root cause of discomfort. My goal is simple: to empower people to live fully and feel great doing it. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or long-term vitality, I’m here to guide you naturally, compassionately, and holistically
