Meet the team

Jayne Sharpham

Jayne is the owner of the clinic. She has a passion for natural health and would love to help you achieve a greater sense of wellbeing.

Jayne has worked in the natural health field for over 19 years as a naturopath and in health food management roles and in pharmacy. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science as well Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Medicine.

Living in the Tamworth area, Jayne loves the rural lifestyle and is proud to be helping those with their natural health care needs in this area. She is wife to Matthew and a mother to two almost teenage children and lover of fashion and animals. She is accredited by ATMS. 

Jayne loves to work with more complex health issues and especially supporting those with mental health, adrenal and thyroid health. She loves using evidence based natural medicine and can understand complex pathology reports. She has access to a wide range of clinical testing if required.  Jayne also has a special interest in nutrigenomics.

Jayne was the winner of Practitioner of the Year 2022, Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Casey Jones

Casey Jones is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and accredited by ATMS.

She holds an Advanced a Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, which she graduated from in 2016 and completed her Bachelor of Complimentary Medicine in 2022.

Clinical Nutrition is certainly more than ‘just diets’!

Casey is able to use onsite IgG food intolerance testing, which is suitable for virtually all ages. She uses other physical screening tools like checking the tongue, nails and zinc levels to help achieve optimal wellness for you and your family.

She is a special interest in working with children and their families particularly around gut health to achieve optimal health for the whole family.

Casey also has a passion for cooking and utilising food-based therapies to help her clients regain their love for food and support their health naturally.

Casey is able to order all types of Integrated health care testing, such as pathology tests, stool tests, allergy tests etc. She thrives on having all the evidence to her clients case to help put the puzzle pieces together, to help form the plan for the clients health journey.

As a local Tamworth girl, Casey finds it a privilege to be able to help those in her local community on their health and wellness journeys to thrive once again and feel like their best self.

She loves being able to get answers for people who have other wise been told “this is just how it’s going to be”.

Having battled (and still battling) her own health issues including an autoimmune disease called Rheumatoid arthritis, Casey feels even more passionate about helping others with their own health issues.

Julie RadfordBNat DipCouns, ANTA

Julie brings to her practice a wealth of life experience and empathy. Julie has extensive experience in the nursing, education and care fields including child care, pre and primary school educational support, disability care, aged care and palliative care.

Julie’s journey with natural medicine began with her own children and came to the fore when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007. Her healing journey complemented by natural medicine then led to studying the Bachelor of Naturopathy at Southern Cross University in order to maintain her health and prevent recurrence and with a vision to support others in their healing and wellness.

At the completion of her degree, Julie undertook an internship with the highly regarded Goulds Natural Medicine in Hobart gaining further knowledge and clinical experience and then joined the wonderful team of Naturopaths at Goulds.

Julie has also completed a Diploma of Counselling including a Trauma Therapies component working with children in an orphanage in Cambodia. The last few years have been managing the Naturopathy section in a busy health food store in Byron Bay and working in Pharmacy.

Julie uses a combination of nutritional and herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle advice and counselling to support people in their healing process.

Julie is passionate about helping people to achieve health and wellness and has special interests in women’s health, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues, insomnia, healthy ageing, children’s health and wellbeing, as well as supporting people with complementary medicine during treatment for cancer and all chronic health disorders.
