What is Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine?

A naturopath has been trained in herbal medicine and nutrition, clinical medicine, and techniques to help you achieve wellness. Naturopaths and Nutritionists look at the overall person’s health to give you a greater sense of wellbeing. We may use food, diet and nutrition to facilitate healing, alongside vitamin and/or mineral supplements and herbal medicine.
